Second Genome collection represents,
We are artists of expression of our genes.
Every day, through the choices we make and how we manage our emotions, we create new paintings.
Our masterpieces are created when we eat healthily and colorfully, expose ourselves more to nature, have positive thoughts, and are filled with kindness, peace, and self-love❤️

Why Genes Artists ?❣️
The Eye-Opening Science Behind the Name of Genes Artists
To answer this question, let me briefly explain the microbiome and how it plays a significant role in both physical and mental health.
Fascinatingly, the human body hosts trillions of symbiotic microbes, including bacteria, viruses, and fungi, collectively named the human microbiota. All the microbial genes belonging to them are called the human microbiome.
Your gut serves as the warm and luxurious garden for the largest community of your microbiota, which performs vital functions such as training our immune system and protecting us against harmful pathogens. Additionally, it influences crucial aspects of our metabolism, aiding in digestion and regulating appetite and weight.
Furthermore, the microbiota contributes to the synthesis of essential vitamins like Vitamin K, various B vitamins such as Biotin (B7), Folate (B9), Cobalamin (B12), Vitamin B6, and Vitamin B5. It also synthesizes neurotransmitters, including serotonin and dopamine, which are vital for mood regulation and mental well-being, known as happiness hormones.
When the balance of microbiota is disrupted, it can lead to health problems, including digestive issues, inflammation, immune system dysregulation, and mental health disorders such as anxiety and depression.
Surprisingly, each human carries at least 99 times more microbial genes than the genes in the human genome, making the microbiome our second genome, which is fortunately much more malleable and modifiable than our human genome.
Diet and lifestyle are the most important factors influencing it.
So, I suppose you've now discovered the stunning and eye opening science behind the name 'Genes Artists,' which I created to raise awareness of the power you hold over the expression of your genes and your health, simply through modifying your diet and lifestyle
That's why I created the 'Boosting Microbiome' video series – to familiarize you with a microbiome-friendly diet and lifestyle, resulting in a healthier and happier version of yourself.
Best of luck, genes artists!❣️
